Creating Deployment Project using Bamboo Specs- UnauthorisedException

Hi , 
I have been trying to create a deployment Project via Bamboo Specs.
But I keep getting the below error on Scanning.
I have already added the linked repo to the list of repos under "Project Settings -> Security -> Bamboo Specs Repositories"

Error:  

The plan stored in repository 'xxx-xxx-api' is not permitted to modify the deployment project 'xx-xx-deployment'
