Created plans in bamboo unable fetch from database.

Created plans in bamboo are unable fetch from database.

i have created some test projects and created some test plans , these plans are in builds file system in server .

but when i download data from my DB Postures , these are not fetching, only these plans are missing which i have created.

can any one help me on this.
