I'm sorry to inform you that our Atlassian OnDemand Plugin Policy states that the installation of plugins is not supported on the OnDemand platform, so it isn't possible to install any plugins into instances on the OnDemand platform unless they are bundled by our developers. However, you can create feature requests for new functionality, such as the bundling of specific plugins, on our OnDemand issue tracking JIRA, (make sure you add requests in the "Atlassian OnDemand" project), so I would suggest you add a feature request for the plugin you require there.
