How do I add Bamboo Cloud to an existing JIRA Cloud account?

Have tried going through to "Try Bamboo Free for 30 Days" (https://www.atlassian.com/software/bamboo/try/) then clicking on "Or, add Bamboo to your existing subscription" (https://my.atlassian.com/addon/tryondemand/bamboo.ondemand). Then then opens up our JIRA account (https://hrmweb.jira.com/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace/plugins/bamboo.ondemand) but the centre of the page where I'd expect to see some method for enabling Bamboo appears blank.

We're hoping to evaluate Bamboo for our CI but are having trouble enabling the trial, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you're having issues testing out Bamboo! Could you please login to your instance, hit the upper left dropdown (https://www.dropbox.com/s/r174f1gs2vrub35/Screenshot%202014-08-15%2011.21.28.png) and add Bamboo from this link? You should be redirected to your my.atlassian.comaccount and prompted to login if your browser hasn't kept you logged in. If you encounter any issues with this project please raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com. Please mention this answers post and request that Bamboo be added to your account. We'll get that taken care of and investigate why it wasn't working in the first place!

Unfortunately I seem to be getting a 404 for that image URL, perhaps it's set to private?

Hi,

we would like to start a Bamboo trial as well.

After clicking on the link "Or, add Bamboo to your existing subscription" a page appears which looks like this:

Nothing happens for minutes besides the loading animation continuing.
