How do I bulk disable branch plan builds and its automatic plans, enable them after some period of t

We have a list of projects with branch builds getting created automatically.

Sometimes there is a need to disable all of them and re-enable them. 

How can I achieve it without writing a script to do it.

On a secondary note, if there is a ready-made script for this, it would be great!
