How do I run IE through bamboo in a non-headless manner?

Hi,

I am attempting to capture screenshots of an Internet explorer browser that's running through a Bamboo build. It runs in the background, and due to a known selenium issue, all screenshots display black. 

When the same tests are run manually on a local laptop without bamboo, IE runs in the foreground. 

My bamboo agent is already set up to use a user account, but still runs IE in the background. Is there a way to pull up IE to run in the foreground?
