How do you handle persistent windows?

We need to deploy a weblogic environment, which requires that the window it's launched in remain open. How can we accomplish this with Bamboo? I started using SSH, but realized that as soon as the window is closed, the weblogic session is killed.

What do you mean "remain open"? (It's been a while since I've dealt with weblogic). Can you use the weblogic deployer to deploy things?

In what language your deploy to your weblogic environment is written on?

I would suggest you adding an {Executable > Command} under {Bamboo administration > Build Resources > Server Capabilities} that will wait for a callback from your deploy.
