How to remove unexisting capabilities from the Requirements tab?

When I configure the requirements for a plan, I can browse through a bloated list of unused unwanted capabilities that we do not have or use in our company like Grails or phpUnit. There are also versions that are not (and have never been) installed on our agents like Node.js 4,5,6,7,8,

This makes the list unusable and forces us to maintain an alternate documentation.

How do I remove these useless unwanted capabilities?
