How to upgrade Bamboo Package

Hi, I've spent the best part of a day looking at the various bamboo options I have available but I cannot find out how to upgrade my current Bamboo on Demand account from the starter rate to the $50 a month version.

How do I go about doing this?

I am really confused as to how a sass based business can make it so hard for us to go in and upgrade our accounts? Twice now when required, I have had to request upgrades via support tickets and get this 'Please allow 24 hours for a response' response back.

Hey Daniel, you might want to raise a support ticket to Atlassian so we can handle this upgrade.
