I am look for a way to include a mandatory field in a deployment plan.

Governance in our company is done using the ServiceNow tool. All approvals and risk assessment of a change is identified with an unique change request number.

All our artifacts are deployed using Atlassian Bamboo.

In order to synchronize both systems and be able to monitor which deployment corresponds with which change request number, I would like to add a mandatory field on on the deployment plan, to be populated with the ServiceNow change request number.

How does one do that in Bamboo ?
