I need add user and group to one plan (bamboo)

I need add user and group to one plan in bamboo, i need give them permissions too. the api is confused and i dont know the steps for continue.

I need do it with java code (api bamboo)

There are two steps involved which is to create the user in bamboo and then got to the specific plan configuration page to add the users to the needed permission
