I don't think so. You have to provide your AWS account to set up Elastic Bamboo. There is no option to provide your account for any other cloud provider when you set up all the stuff . It relies on computing resources from AWS EC2 to run builds using some preconfigured AMIs with a remote agent. I guess that when you set up Elastic Bamboo it will copy the needed AMIs to your account and you can start using them.
