Issue with Bamboo Specs for Branch configuration

Hi,

We are creating Bamboo Plan using Java specs code. Im trying to make branch setting of plan to trigger branch plan manually. Im using following line of code to achieve this.

PlanBranchManagement planBranchManagement = new PlanBranchManagement();
planBranchManagement.createForVcsBranch();
planBranchManagement.delete(new BranchCleanup()
.whenRemovedFromRepositoryAfterDays(1));
planBranchManagement.createManually();
planBranchManagement.triggerBuildsManually();
planBranchManagement.issueLinkingEnabled(false);

plan.planBranchManagement(planBranchManagement);

But when I check plan created by bamboo specs, it does not reflect inside branch settings of the Default plan configuration. Instead its show "Same as defined in parent plan" for the Branch triggers setting of the Plan.
Not sure if Im making any mistake or its a bamboo bug. Im testing it against Bamboo specs version 8.0.4
