MSBuild Error while creating temporary file for script

Hello everyone,

I am trying to build a azure function on bamboo by using MSbuild, but I am receiving this error:

Looking at the error message: "error 26-Oct-2020 03:41:05 Caused by: java.io.IOException: Toegang geweigerd"

This line here indicates that it got an access denied while trying to create the temp file.  If this is a local agent, I would be checking which user account is running the Bamboo server, if this is a remote agent same thing only I'd be checking the user account running the remote agent, and ensuring that the account running either the server or the agent has privileges to access the location that it's trying to create the temp file in.
