A way to view build plan tasks WITHOUT edit privs?

Does anyone know of a way, other than writing an app that does it though the API, to allow users to view (readonly) a build plan's configuration tasks details, scripts, etc.? 

As far as I know it requires Edit privs, but perhaps there is another way.

Hello @Tiglath Suriol,

It is required edit permissions in order to view/edit plan configuration. Alternatively, you could review the configuration from database (not straightfoward as it seems though :()
