Backing Up Stages

All,

Is there any way to save a backup copy of a build plan/stage in Bamboo? I've got a lot of inline scripts which I'd like to save somewhere in case the build plan is inadverantly deleted or some other problem.

Hopefully this will never be a problem but I would hate to lose my stage/build plan configurations in the event of some failure.

Only with direct db access (BUILDDEFINITION table).
