Bamboo 503 Error

Keep getting this response (from curl -I)

HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity

CPU and memory are fine on the server. The server doesn't seem to be doing anything special.

Running on ec2 Ubuntu instance behind a classic load balancer.

FIXED. It was the configuration and my health check on my load balancer.  After upgrading Bamboo runs on port 8085 not 8080.
