Bamboo Backups: Weekday no artifacts, weekend artifacts?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Exporting data for backup

My users want artifacts backed up occasionally, but want their plan info backed up nightly.  How do I do this in Bamboo?

The reason users don't want artifacts dumped every day is that they want Bamboo up more hours.  We are a 24/7 shop, so finding 90 minutes to have Bamboo offline is difficult.  I am hoping to set up two different schedules, one daily and one weekly, but I don't see a way to do that.  Help?
