Bamboo admin password reset?

Upon first logging into Bamboo I was encouraged to change the username and password...I did so. After logging out and back in with the changed login and password I no longer have admin rights. I am trying to follow the instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Restoring+passwords+to+recover+admin+users#Restoringpasswordstorecoveradminusers-external but am not getting past running this query: select * from USERS where ID=1

It gives me the following error:

Not really answer, but I've decided to reinstall Bamboo. Thus, this issue is closed.
