Bamboo doesn't start

At startup, bamboo is complaining about a missing bamboo-capabilities.properties file and then shuts down (see log). This server is currently connected to 16 remote agents and has one local agent configured but inactive.

Removing the java-melody plugin solved this issue. And upgrading from Bamboo 4.0.1 to 4.1.1 allowed this plugin to work properly.
