I have activated a trial of Bamboo, but it hangs on "Bamboo is currently activating." and have been there for several hours.
How can I reset my trial or find out how to get it working?
There could be multiple reasons for this behaviour and it is hard to tell without at least looking at the logs.
In cases like this (Bamboo instance down) the best way to get your answer is to contact Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/bsp
