Bamboo on Teams in Space won't able to start

Whenever i click on bamboo URL  (http://bamboo.teamsinspace.com:8085/) it will not going to start and it will redirected to the below Update License link but this page also not  shown to anything.

If Bamboo was not able to start then how will i going to Update the License.

Happy to help, can you confirm that this happens when you do a tis-reset? The current master branch should have everything up to date from a licensing standpoint
