Can't install Bamboo as a windows service

Hello,
I need some help to install Bamboo as a Windows Service.
I'm running Bamboo on Windows 2008 R2 server 64bit. Everything works fine if I start Bamboo in the Console but I can't install it as a Windows service.
Jave environment looks OK. I tried to run the script as Admin but same result. There is no service listed in the Windows service list
Any ideas to resolve this issue?
