Cannot recreate project / plan after deleting all plans

I've deleted all projects / plan using Admistration->Remove Plans

After that, I cannot create a plan with a project name or key of a previously deleted project.

The Create New Plan form validation insists on the fact that the project name / key already exist.

The problem is that I cannot create the plan specifying this project since all have been deleted.

How do I clean up a Bamboo server?
