Cannot use ssh to checkout code with bamboo

Is there any plan to add the capability to check out source code using SSH in bamboo on-demand using shared credentials?  Currently you cannot do this and it causes many headaches in the build modifications with multiple repos to check out.

OnDemand firewall only allows HTTPS connections to the outside world. Therefor SSH connections will be blocked. My knowledge is that this is not gonna change any time soon.

What kind of repositories are you using and what are exactly the problems with shared credentials and HTTPS?
