Hello,
Recently we've read that Atlassian Ondemand supports Github and Bitbucket repositories, so we've moved sources to the GitHub, and were really dissapointed, that it is all about support for now.
I searched your forums and here are several related issues:
https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-2090
Do you have any ETA on when itegration of Crucible and Github will be implemented?
Here is another question on Bamboo and Github:

Please, please make DVCS support a first class citizen!
Regards,
Oleg
According to the most recent feedback from Atlassian in issue #JST-2090:
We are going to focus FishEye/Crucible development to be optimized for an installed solution going forward, to manage multiple repos and scale appropriately.
You can read more in the full comment but it appears that FishEye/Crucible will be replaced by Bitbucket at some point in the future for OnDemand users.
Also since both Bitbucket and GitHub have code review in the form of Pull Requests and built in source browsers, it's unlikely we will see any integration in the near future.
Happy to help you with moving to direct managed hosting - just as turnkey and 24x7 monitored and supported as OnDemand, but with the install versions - and so you will get some of the needed additional extension flexibility that you are seeking..
Its really a pretty stellar option, and I do not think you would be disappointed - to the contrary. email me.
Best,
Ellen
