Incorrect address in build agent bootstrapping

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

The incorrect IP address is being used when starting a remote build agent. Find a message like:

... Agent bootstrap using baseUrl: http://192.168.21.133:8085/agentServer/

But the IP should be 134.171.37.84.

Cannot find how to change this.

We see the same thing happening. Where is the baseURL loaded from?
