Is a Bamboo Plugin in use?

I am looking at upgrading Bamboo and need to tell if a plugin is in use.  I found this article from several years ago (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-questions/How-to-tell-if-a-plugin-is-used-in-a-Bamboo-build-plan/qaq-p/407230#:~:text=5%20instance%20by%20going%20to,SELECT%20p.), however, we are using PostgreSQL and attempts at converting the query to PostgreSQL haven't been productive.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
