I'm not sure how to articulate this thought. I want to create an agent that has the capabilities that many of my plans need but reject builds if they are lacking a requirement. Does that make sense? Basically I want to lock down the agent so that only certain plans with some flag set will build there even if it satisfies the requirements of other plans.
It's a year later. Is this a thing yet?
The closed to what you want would be to dedicate an agent to several projects, but then the projects build nowhere else.
I usually give all agents some group label and then set all projects to require a certain group. Not nice, but works.

And with regular expressions I can do logical OR's in requirements.

Trying to avoid a solution that requires me to update all plans. Current count is 736 which is low for us. Dedicated is maybe possible but I would probably have to reorganize.

We've had that same need but not found a solution
