Katalon and Visual Studio in Bamboo

I managed to Build with Visual Studio running the bamboo service under the user account that has Visual Studio installed.

I managed to use Catalon running the bamboo service under LocalSystem with allowed desktop interaction.

Now I would like to run them both after eachother. Visual Studio can't work under LocalSystem because it does not have a license installed, Katalon only wants to run under LocalSystem with desktop interaction on. 

How can I make it possible to run both under the same bamboo instance?
