So you can delete directly from Bamboo UI's Dashboard plan results, as illustrated in this document or, alternatively, use Bamboo's Expiry feature (globally or on plan level).
Utilizing Expiry you find the granularity to delete Build results, Build artifacts and/or Build logs (and combinations of thoses). Typically artifacts consume most disk space.
Note that this is the only recommended way deleting Bamboo build results! Do not delete them simply from disk or you mess up Bamboo's database.
Also take care that you only delete what you don't use anymore e.g. in subsequent deployments or as releases.
