Password Reset Issue with BambooHR Account

If you are on Bamboo version 6.6 or higher, you can follow this page to use a recover_admin account https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/lockout-recovery-process-952624910.html

If not let me know your Bamboo version and we'll see if there is any other alternatives available.
