Unable to locate System Info for Bamboo

I am running Bamboo 5.15 and I need to locate the System info. I can see it in Jira, but don't see anything for Bamboo.

Hi, Did you mean this page?

Cog icon-> Overview -> System Information under System section in your Bamboo administration page

Yes, that is what I need, However I don"t have a cog to get to that info.
