Renewed Bamboo - Maximum

Dear Mr. / Mrs. ,

I renewed my evaluation license today for bamboo and this went all ok. But now I get the error message below after I try to update my license key,

"You currently have 36 jobs configured and the new license only allows 10 jobs. To continue updating your license you will need to remove 26 jobs or reduce the number of branches you are using.. "

I would like to change the number of branches but I can't do as everytime I try to go somewhere in the interface I get redirected to the same (license key) page.

Is there a way we could solve this so I can just reduce my branches and/or jobs?

Hi Paul,

Hopefully, this workaround will help you:

Generate another Evaluation License,  change the license on Bamboo Application, This will help you login to Bamboo. After this, you can change the branches or remove the jobs and later can update the old license key in the Bamboo.
