Submit messages are not word-wrapped or truncated causing text to overlap when viewing the dashboard

Submit messages displayed in the dashboard are not truncated, causing it to overlap the favorite plans column.

I have noticed this in the 'Build Result Summary' too where the label of the (shared) repository is overwritten by the revision number when the rep label is a bit long (19 chars in our case).

Here's the screenshot. I initially created this entry through opening a support ticket with Atlassian - there's an option to shadow the request on Answers. Apparently screenshots are not copied over.
