In https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-articles/Bamboo-Data-Center-9-2-LTS-is-now-available/ba-p/2262729 it states:
REST API documentation migrated to Swagger
where do I find the file?
Thanks
George

that just gives me the HTML representation of the swagger file.
I'm looking for the actual swagger source so I can generate the java files to communicate with the bamboo server
Thanks

Ah, got it. Thanks
@Eduardo AlvarengaSo when I tried it out I found a couple of problems (so far):
openapi-generator-maven-plugin:6.5.0 generated bad Java code due to how
NotificationRecipient->scopes was defined.
I see similar patterns elsewhere in the file but I haven't set up my Bamboo8 plans so that I can see what the code returns.
How do I pass back my findings so the swagger can be updated?
thanks
George

Hell @George Lindholm thanks for your feedback.
After testing it on the latest Bamboo version (currently 9.2.1), if you understand it is a bug, you can create a bug report at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM
If you have a valid Support Entitlement Number (SEN) you can also log a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact where our Engineers will be able to assist you in detail, collect logs and suggest a workaround if available. They are also able to reach out to the developers and provide you with a quicker turnaround in case the bug proves critical.
Thank you,
Eduardo Alvarenga

@Eduardo Alvarenga For customers using Bamboo 9.2.8, self-hosted, isn’t it possible to retrieve the OpenAPI spec or Swagger file from the REST endpoint of the server itself? Is it only available from Atlassian’s online documentation?
Could you answer the same question in relation to Jira and Confluence APIs as well?
