Why do I get a 'null' error when deleting a repository from a plan in Bamboo?

When trying to delete an existing, but now unused repository from Bamboo, I get a response 'null' in the highlighted red dialog.

How can I fix this and move on to deleting the repository? I'm using Bamboo 4.0.

Could you try to upgrade to 4.0.1?

I reckon there was similar issue in 4.0 that was fixed in 4.0.1 -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-11377
