Why is Sonar for Bamboo executing sonar-runner.bat instead of sonar-scanner.bat?

How to change it to run scanner and not runner.

If you're running the Sonar Bamboo by Milbex - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ch.mibex.bamboo.sonar4bamboo/server/overview, there is a checkbox to tell it to run the 'newer' scanner not the runner.
