getting this error when trying to run builds with ssh to a git repository.

(com.atlassian.bamboo.repository.RepositoryException : java.lang.RuntimeException: com.atlassian.bamboo.repository.RepositoryException: : ssh://bambooservice@madrone:22/cygdrive/d/GitDev/external/web/ui.git: Auth fail)

cmd line git works fine.

See if you get the same problem w/out Bamboo. In other words, verify the authentication credentials using cmd-line git. Perhaps the problem also exists w/out Bamboo meaning the problem is more basic and not a problem that has anything to do with Bamboo.
