Thanks Fernando. I changed the server from glassfish to Tomcat. It start working now.

You should be able to see the plugin manager under "Administration" > "Plugin Manager". Make sure you belong to the administrators group to be able to browse through it.

If you are not seeing it could you confirm what version your Bamboo instance is.
