Recently, everytime when I ran the bamboo7.2.3 server, it stoped automatically several minuts later, and I got the following errors in catalina.out:

I have a problem similar to this by restarting the bamboo service.

but for the problem every minute the bamboo dies, it means there is a problem in the memory leak. try monitoring from there. if there is no enlightenment, convey the details of your bamboo server condition through the latest logs.
