If you can access it from the command line just script it. You don't have to use plugins for revision management tools.

What repository type has to do with dumping plan's info? Isn't it just a DB operation? Looks like perforce is not supported either (I am getting similar message). Is there a Jira style board for this project? Where to ask all these questions?
