Restricted Admin managing agent dedications

I am new to administering Bamboo so please bear with me.

I have a team member that states he used to have access to manage agent dedications. He gets a 403 error when trying to attempt the same action he used to be able to do. We recently upgraded bamboo from 7.0.6 to 8.0.6. The users is in the "Restricted Admin" permission and the "Enable restricted administrator role" is enabled.

Starting with Bamboo 7.1, only Administrators would have access to agent dedication, the agent dedication permission to "Restricted Admins" was reintroduced in Bamboo 8.2 and 8.1.3 and newer releases.

You would have to upgrade to either Bamboo 8.1.x or 8.2.x to benefit from that setting.
