The drive that my bamboo is running on is getting full. what can I safely change to use that?

our bamboo drive is almost full.  we added a large drive to the application server.  what would I need to change to start using the new drive?  I need this to be seamless and safe and do whatever will get me the biggest bang for the buck. currently I only have 5gb free out of 50gb.
