Unable to provide feedback on documentation

I'm trying to give some feedback on documentation for Bamboo, but I'm presented with this error. I had it before, last year, and looks like it's still an issue.

The modal popup asks me to contact the site owner but it seems getting in touch with a human being is near impossible.

I'm posting it here in the hopes someone might find it.

Thanks for pinging me!  We're aware of the problem and have it in our backlog to fix.

For those interested, the root cause of the problem seems to be related to the custom authentication plugin that's installed on jira.atlassian.com and how it interacts with the Jira issue collector feature.
