Where are the support links for Bamboo?

New Bamboo Data Center (9.0.0) installed recently, going through some growing pains. Twice now, the logs have pointed me to a page at Atlassian that isn't live. For example:

Is a dead link.

What's going on here? Where can I find the docs, troubleshooting guide, etc.?

What do you mean by "dead link", is that a 404? Can you post a screenshot of Bamboo pointing you to that page and also the page itself?
