Why don't setting users avatar in bamboo and crowd ?

I had set same user avatar in JIRA  confluence crucible，But can not be set in bamboo and crowd？

There is no option to change the user's Avatar

Bamboo supports avatars only from Gravatar. You can configure Confluence to be Gravatar server and use it in Bamboo
