bamboo quarentine

Using Bamboo version 5.13.2 when I have failed tests, I look in the build result summary page on the right side of the page on a failed test row and I do not see the quarantine button.  In it's place is I see a Duration column.

Has the quarantine button been removed?

Please, go to Bamboo Administration >> Plans >> Quarantine settings and enable it.
