permission issues after the upgrade

Users are not able to clone the deployment projects after the upgrade of Bamboo 7.0.2 to 8.2.3

I seem to recall that some permissions updated when we migrated to 8.0.x (from 7.x).  Go into the Deployment project permissions, and make sure that your users have "Edit" permissions on the deployment project itself.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo0802/creating-and-configuring-a-deployment-project-1103433372.html?permissionViolation=true#Creatingandconfiguringadeploymentproject-Configuringdeploymentprojectpermissions for more information.
