setting up database and server details

Where do we provide the database details and the server details. will the api createBuild take the database details in the acl object? Appreciate if the complete source code is available for this.

buildManager.createBuild(build, new BuildConfiguration(), acl);

The object you should be using to create Plans is the PlanCreationService. If you download the Bamboo source code from the website you should be able to see how this is used to create Plans. Currently the PlanCreationService is not marked as a @PublicApi, so it isn't really supported.
